The doctors of the local medical college and district hospital have achieved great success in the patient's spine surgery. Sharing this information, Principal of Medical College Bhavneet Bharti and Senior Medical Officer Dr. H.S. He said that the patient is a 45-year-old Punjabi woman who preferred to undergo an operation in a government hospital instead of a private hospital. He said that the patient was having a lot of difficulty in walking. The doctors advised to do the operation after the preliminary examination and the operation was done with the consent of the patient, which was completely successful.

He said that it is a matter of pride for the district health and medical education departments that the first spine surgery operation has taken place here. The big thing is that the patient has spent about 20 thousand rupees on the operation and if this operation was done in a private hospital, it would have cost at least 2-3 lakh rupees. Dr. Bhavneet Bharti said that almost all the advanced surgeries are being done in this medical college and hospital, from which the patients are getting a lot of benefit. He appealed to the people to take maximum advantage of the free and affordable health facilities provided by the government in government health institutions.
