A lecture on “Gender Diversity In Business Organizations” was organized by the Anti Women Harassment Cell of Devki Devi Jain Memorial College for Women, on 22nd August, 2019. Ms. Dipty Chander, President of E-MMA (France) an ‘International Organization, Head Office PARIS’ having 17 Branches in different countries was the resource person. She talked about the situation of women in technology and how to bring more diversity in technology in this field. Greater gender diversity in technology can impact businesses bottom lines as indicated by research studies. It can boost profits and increase productivity.
Dr. (Mrs.) Sarita Bahl, Principal of the college emphasized the importance of such lectures to motivate girl students to set high goals and make a mark in technological world of today.
